Blueberry Run is a rustic ranch style home situated on the north side of Pennsylvania Avenue adjoins the lake reservation. Blueberry Run has a large deck that overlooks an expansive backyard available to toss a ball or just sit back and catch come rays while enjoying the serene view of the lake.

Just a few steps up onto the front deck and you're through the main living area where there is a kitchen that is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and your basic kitchen needs, there is a neighboring room that has a dining room that seats eight; open the sliding glass doors to let the fresh mountain air flow through. There is a living room with a stone wood burning fireplace, cable television, and a grand piano. There is a half bathroom off this main area.

Stroll down the hallway and there is two bedrooms and a full-size bathroom. The first bedroom has two twin beds. The second bedroom has a double size bed with private access onto the porch. There is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo with a laundry room.

If you need some additional room to spread out, the lower level has a second living room area with a stone wood burning fireplace, cable television, and an additional dining table area to play board games. There is also two additional bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen size bed; there is a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo across the hall. The second bedroom is a master with a double bed and a private full-size bathroom with a shower only. There is access to the lower stone patio and the large backyard from this level.

We have several fishing rods, tackle boxes, sleds, bikes or various sizes, hiking carrier, stroller, life vests, badminton set, tennis rackets and balls, scooters, folding chairs available.

Blueberry Run sleeps eight, up to ten with a the pull-out sofa couch in the lower level. This is a non-smoking cottage. Dogs allowed with owner's permission for a non-refundable pet fee (no cats). Charcoal grill. Wi-Fi is available at Blueberry Run but cannot be guaranteed.

"Blue Berry Run is a very nice cottage - well furnished, well maintained, terrific view, functional layout, very comfortable, great location. We hope we will be able to stay there again.
